Insurance & booking terms

Accident insurance is included for every rider, together with jet ski damage cover up to 20,000 THB. You can upgrade to Premium insurance for 1,000 THB, which raises the damage cover to a maximum of 50,000 THB. The insurance fee is paid before departure.

🛡️ What the damage cover includes

Damage to the jet ski from a collision (outside damage only, such as cracks or dents)
The jet ski capsizes and is physically damaged
A damaged jet ski key

❌ Not covered

The engine and the electrical system
Accidents while riding under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
Damage from not following the rules or disturbing other riders

💳 Booking & payment

Book at least 1 day before your trip
Full payment is needed at least 1 day before the trip; we send the payment details on WhatsApp
We need each rider’s full name, nationality, hotel and room number for the insurance
Bookings are subject to availability

🔄 Changes, cancellation & weather

Change the date before 16:00 the day before: free
Change the date after 16:00 the day before: 1,000 THB
Change on the day of the trip: 50% of the price
Cancel before 16:00 the day before: free
Cancel after 16:00 the day before: 50% charge
Cancel on the day or no-show: 100% charge
Bad weather: if the marine police stop boats leaving the pier, you get a full refund
If the weather changes during the trip, no refund is given
