Fresh coconut milk

Watch a coconut cracked open and scraped by hand, then squeezed into fresh coconut milk, the base of many Thai dishes. You’ll also see how Tom Kha Gai is made.

Prepare the fruit

Fresh bananas, watermelon and pineapple are chopped and ready on the table. The fruit changes with each session.
